491 Series: KVM Extender for HDMI 1.x
The Ultra 491 series for HDMI is offered in full HD or Ultra HD models.
Full HD supports video resolutions up to 1920×1080@60Hz and the Ultra HD supports video resolutions up to 4096×2160@30Hz. The units can extend HDMI video signals and USB-HID for keyboard and mouse with perfect quality up to 10km over fibre or up to 140m over cat-X cables. Other data signals supported are USB 2.0, Digital Audio, Analog Audio and RS-232. The 491 series can be used for simple point-to-point applications or in combination with any of the Enterprise or Flex matrix switches to support a more flexible distribution system for HDMI signals. The optimized compression technology delivers perfect transmission of computer video images and offers one of the most flexible packaging options on the market. From a basic 2 slot chassis, the same card sets can be offered in a 4-slot, 6-slot or 21-slot frame.
